How to refer a patient to our clinic:
To refer a patient to TMGC, PA fax the patient’s referral, recent labs, and GI-related diagnostic imaging results to (325) 795-2113. For STAT referrals, please call us directly at 325-795-2100 to schedule your patient's appointment. Please feel free to use any of our patient education resources to help your patients better understand their gastrointestinal disease.
